In meinem Fall war das Personal sehr freundlich. Insbesondere während der aktuellen Corona Zeit war ich wirklich froh darüber, dass meine Probleme verstanden wurden und die Besitzerin mir entgegen gekommen ist. Das war in meinen Augen nicht selbstverständlich. Die Reaktionszeiten (wie in anderen Rezensionen beschrieben) waren zugegeben nicht immer die schnellsten. Telefonisch konnte ich aber immer eine Mitarbeiterin erreichen. Mängel (wie z.B. ein Kurzschluss) wurden verlässlich behoben.

Nur Probleme und hinter her rennerei .Die sind nicht erreichbar nie weder telefonisch schriftlich Nachrichten zwecklos zu schicken kommt keine Antwort zurück. Wie verlockend das Angebot auch sein mag.Hohe kriminelle Energie.Bloss Die Finger von denn lassen.

Mann rennt seiner Kaution hinteher und die Besitzerin laesst sich wochenlang verleugnen. Anwaltliche Schritte noetig und nur Aerger!

Wundervolles Team - sehr hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert - die Wohnungen wundervoll geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet - man fühlt sich von Anfang an wie Zuhause - ich hab noch nie zuvor in so einem tollen Boardinghouse Apartment gewohnt - ganz grosse Klasse !!!!

I have rented a furnished 2-Bedroom apartment with Balcony (60 m2) from Sep.2019 till end of Dec.2020. The monthly rent was 1,700 Euros. The Deposit was 3000 Euros. The staff and cleaners who work there are very friendly and always responsive. But the owner Frau Cornelia Einsiedel is a person with no integrity or morals.

On my last month there (December 2020), she asked her secretary to tell me that new apartment-viewers/seekers are coming to view the apartment. I refused because I had an exam coming up and I cant clean and tidy-up my apartment for strangers to view it while I live there. She then used the lease-contract against me, and threatened that if i dont let the viewers in or delay her apartment from being rented immediately after I leave, she will have me pay for the upcoming month of January, regardless if my contract ended in December or not.

Since I'm a transfer student-doctor, I don't know the German law all that well. So she haves the upper hand in using the law against me or twist it to her advantage.

I left the apartment on 03.Dec.2020, because I didn't want to loose my deposit or have anymore to do with this woman, especially that I need to focus on my exam. Loosing a whole month's rent and renting somewhere else was not something easy to do.

She will also go into your trash (literarily tear the trash-bag open) and see if you sorted out the trash. She will give you a warning and threaten to fine you with 150 Euros if you don't.

I have literarily cleaned the apartment before leaving, because they charge you 35 Euros/hour for cleaning after you check-out. And I didnt want to loose any more money. I had to contact the secretary numerous times about my Deposit and on yesterday, 21.01.2020 I have finally received it. Sadly they refunded me 2,400 Euros (original 3000 Euros).

They took 600 Euros due to the following reasons: Broken window repair, re-installing TV, cleaning of Sofa, Carpet and Arm-chair, and 3 hours of cleaning the apartment.

I reported the broken window in November, and it happed due to low outside temperature (-2 C). The entire building is old and shakes only by the passing of a street-train (Strassenbahn).

The TV was old as well, and I asked them to remove it from the apartment because it was useless. I never used their TV, and still they charged me for re-installing it back. Its an old heavy TV. it works with wires. not a smart TV. They just had to carry it from the basement to the 3rd floor. They charged me 75 Euros for that.

And they raised their cleaning fee from 35 Euros/hr to 41.65 Euros/hr. Although in contact its 35 Euros/hr.

So in total the 600 Euros charge and the full month rent 1700 Euros, were taken in no right.

Renting with this woman was the worst experience in my life. Not a decent person. Not recommended.
