I decided to use Finance One as my brokers through a recommendation of a friend. I started the process in January, not knowing much about the buying process at all but I decided to sign up and dealt with Luke Kelly who really helped me understand what I needed to do in order to buy my first home. No question was too simple and I was always met with a friendly and quick response. I went sale agreed in July and although there were a lot of hurdles along the way, Luke and Nadine were extremely prompt and helpful with the many queries I had and helped move things along with the bank when I was dealing with impatient estate agents and vendors.
